1Can I use two devices on One Subscription at one time?
No, you can’t. Having multiple devices connected simultaneously on one account may block your username and IP address. However, multi-room connection is provided.
2How much bandwidth does the IPTV stream use?
IPTV stream size is roughly 10Mbit, however, a minimum of 15-20Mbit Internet speed connection is required for better performance.
3Where is the service available?
The service is available worldwide wherever you have open internet without proxy.
4What kind of devices and software do you support?
We support all kind of devices and software. These include MAG, Android Box, Smart TV, iOS etc. You can find the full list at tutorial section
5Wi-Fi or Ethernet?
We always recommend that you connect your device hardware (Ethernet).
6How and where to get support if we face any issue with subscription?
Please do write us at support@globaliptvservices.com. We respond to our tickets as soon as it is possible. Normally tickets get responded within 24 hours.
7Application not starting or facing delays/buffering issues constantly?
First, check your internet connection or router and restart it. If you are still having issues, it may be that the problem is coming for your ISP. It also could be that the problem comes from our site. It would be good to reboot the device(remove power plug) couple of times, if it doesn't fix then don't hesitate to contact us so we will be able to help you.

11What do i do if some channels go missing
Sometimes channel go missing and come back due to maintenance. Also, service provider has rights to remove the channels without prior notice so if you are missing a channel more than a week than it may have removed by service provider. However, you will have option to go with different service.
